Are you a customer service superstar looking for the next step in your career? We have an opportunity for an energetic and solutions orientated Coordinator. With a ‘can do’ attitude and a natural customer centricity, you always see the upside, you assess a situation, think on your feet and make the right decision. The role will initially be based out of Macquarie Park Sydney with a possibility of transferring to the Ingleburn office.

 

Our Field Service’s team provide 24/7 service across three verticals; which cover just about every sector imaginable from mining, to hospitals, from utilities to data centres and everything in-between. Our field Service business enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability & efficiency while reducing costs and simplifying operations.


This role provides support and performs an essential coordination link across almost all internal functions of our business to continually monitor orders for parts providing regular updates to all parties. The key expectations of this role will include but no be limited to:

  • Forming stakeholder relationships at all levels, understanding concerns expressed, establishing effective procedures eliminating inefficiencies and roadblocks
  • Demonstrate a clear and effective sense of urgency with a focus on results and a customer first focus
  • Provision of accurate and timely service and innovative solutions to the customer
  • Conduct basic data analysis, producing management reports with recommendations

Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we believe instrumental to success in this role will be the following.

  • A tertiary or equivalent qualification in a related discipline
  • A solid customer service / project coordination background with an understanding of field service operation / customer requirements
  • Extensive SAP / Oracle skills with solid MS Office suite skills – specifically MS Excel
  • A genuine and natural customer first centricity, a controlled and calm sense of urgency when appropriate and ideally an understanding a control tower environment.
