Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer

Based at Gepps Cross in Adelaide, and reporting to the Engineering Manager, we have a fantastic opportunity for an agile, innovative and solutions focused Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer to join us. 


As part of our high performing team of over 300 people, you will be involved with the manufacturing of the iconic Clipsal brand of products, a household name in South Australia since the 1920’s.

With key investments in robotics and automation, you will work on exciting projects in conjunction with the planning, implementation and continuous improvements of lean manufacturing systems and processes aligned with our strategic business initiatives. 


Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to robotics and automation
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Project management experience
  • A tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline is preferred
  • As an innovative thinker, you are flexible, agile and curious; you love to learn and explore possibilities. 

You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you thrive on responsibility and challenge and enjoy working on multiple projects and delivering outstanding results.
