Sales Associate

Location: Ipswich

We have a unique and career changing opportunity for someone wanting to kick-start their career path in the Sales Industry. Joining our successful Queensland sales team working from the Sunshine Coast. You will have the opportunity as our next Sales Associate, to work collaboratively with our Sales Professionals to help drive the Stockland journey for our customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong motivation and a drive to build a long-term career within Property and Sales
  • Smart presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • A highly motivated and organised individual with a solution orientated approach to their work
  • You will be able to adapt to new technology with ease and if you have experience using Salesforce this is a bonus
  • If you have previous work experience, this may have been in the areas of Customer Services, Administration or Consultative Sales
  • Flexibility – due to the nature of sales in the Property Industry – you will need to work Weekends

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification, follow-up and assisting with meet and greets
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders representing Stockland in alignment with our brand and values
  • Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settle per project(s)
  • Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits for the Region
  • Participate in teamwork in a manner that creates the environment where people excel
  • Comply with licensing and legal / compliance requirements.
