Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems, IT

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join us three days per week as part of a job share arrangement. This is an opportunity to provide value to our organisation through modern IT and consultancy. You will support the business strategy of a number of departments including Workplace, Corporate Services, Audit and Risk. Initially, the position will be working on a large facilities upgrade project which will require you to work closely with Stakeholders in workplace and also develop strong relationships with all of IT, system integrators and suppliers.

In this role you will:

  • Liaise with your counterpart to provide full coverage to the portfolio
  • Define and operate a business engagement operating model while driving high levels of customer satisfaction and collaboration
  • Prepare the technology strategy to support the business departments so that there is alignment between the business needs and technology plans
  • Maintain an industry leading approach to the development and operations of application systems
  • Support the portfolio through effective management of your team, recruitment, training and career development.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role. Experience with building refurbishments or relocation will be highly regarded.
  • Proven results in delivering projects for supporting enterprise-wide needs
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports with an emphasis on career growth and development.
  • An ability to build and maintain successful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • A Customer-Centric approach.
