About the Role?

We are embarking on an exciting period of growth, and as such, we are on the hunt for an experienced Relationship Manager, Corporate to join our team.

Working closely with the head of Corporate Banking, the purpose of this position is to develop Bank of Queensland’s (BOQ) broader Business Banking customer portfolio with a strong focus on attracting and retaining profitable customer relationships through the delivery of outstanding customer service. The business is to be sourced via own referral networks or internally via our Owner Managed branch network.

In this newly created role, you will be required to introduce your own VIC based portfolio of customers and manage and grow these targeted customers. You will have support from a corporate business analyst and corporate service officers who will provide lending support and assist with the management of customers.

About You?

As a commercial astute individual, your proven sales and business development experience, will be complimented by your solid networks within the commercial market. Naturally, you will relish the opportunity in building your network within the VIC market, demonstrating;

  • Previous experience within the Corporate banking arena; working with businesses with an annual turnover greater than $10m
  • Experience in preparing credit submissions for business loan applications
  • Experience in negotiating with Corporate Banking Customers
