Relationship Manager, Business Banking


Macquarie Business Banking is growing as part of a strategic plan to further develop our business and as a result, an exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Relationship Manager to join the team in Melbourne.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating balance sheet and revenue growth through the delivery of superior service and advice to your client base. Crucial to this is your ability to take the time to fully understand your clients' needs and tailor unique and highly service driven solutions.

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience as a Relationship Manager within Business Banking, with a passion for delivering results and providing exceptional solutions to your clients’ business needs. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong relationship and business development skills
  • A sales driven, motivated and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication skills highlighted by your ability to build long standing relationships with clients
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise these effectively
  • A flexible and hands on approach with a team focus
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on risk and compliance
