The Position

Due to business growth we are seeking a highly experienced allied health professional with demonstrated management experience to manage our Murray/Riverina region. You will be responsible for the running of a team of Allied Health professionals including financial management, quality assurance, account management and human resource management.

This full-time role offers diversity and the opportunity to further develop your skills in injury management. You will receive a comprehensive induction and extensive leadership training, ongoing professional development and support to ensure you succeed in the role.

Position Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology/Psychology/Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • Membership/registration with relevant professional associations;
  • Minimum of three years' experience working in the occupational rehabilitation industry;
  • Minimum of two years' experience undertaking a Management or Leadership position;
  • The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills;
  • Business Development and Customer Relationship Management skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of occupational rehabilitation services;
  • A current & valid Australian driver's licence;
  • Good relationship building experience and skills.
