  • Manage personal insurance product portfolio for market leader in Queensland
  • Influence product propositions to drive growth and sustainability
  • Corporate campus environment with onsite car parking, gym and café

This newly created opportunity will help in the management of RACQ’s personal insurance portfolio, specifically its motor, home, boat and pet insurance products. The role will be pivotal in transforming robust and insightful analyses and recommendations into real commercial outcomes that drive business value and identify and deliver actions that capitalise upon opportunities or address issues present within the portfolio.

Desired skills & experience:

  • Past insurance portfolio management or pricing experience
  • Knowledge of insurance contexts and customer expectations
  • A keen interest in emerging issues, latent claims and industry trends
  • A deep understanding of common insurance portfolio and claims metrics, the insurance P&L, and drivers of portfolio performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in presenting the outcomes of analysis and influencing sound decision making
