About the Role

This newly created role will support the Insurance Product & Distribution Division in analysis, research, decision making and strategic planning on a range of dynamics impacting on insurance performance and business outcomes. Insightful analysis of regulatory impacts, competitive markets and industry trends will help develop proactive plans and improvement initiatives that align to RACQ market and member strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in business or finance
  • Strong facilitation skills with an ability to keep workshops and meetings on track and delivering outcomes
  • General insurance or financial services experience
  • Ability to translate key elements for clear commercial decision making
  • Solid knowledge of our regulatory framework and obligations
  • Program and project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with ability to deliver quality outcomes
