The Opportunity

At PwC, we help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From improving healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting Australia's start up industry, you'll build trust in society and solve important problems.

The Difference bring this to life by creating collaborative and innovative approaches for the design of solutions to complex business issues.  We bring together the right people, information, environment and context in a way that encourages creativity, productivity and group genius. By embedding our methodology and capability within our clients' projects or business we build alignment and engagement that accelerates problem solving from months to days.

As the Solution Designer your impact will be seen by scoping, designing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, in an environment that enhances and encourages creativity and collaboration.

Success does stem from a positive attitude, hard work and going the extra mile, but that's not all!

Working in close partnership with our Lead Facilitators, you will:

  • Apply your understanding and knowledge of collaboration principles and design-thinking to shape transformational Design Forums and programs of work, across a broad spectrum of business problems
  • Lead the project management of engagements, from scoping through delivery to final output, including timelines, inputs, budgets, and logistics
  • Co-facilitate and manage design teams to draw out objectives and key questions and create alignment for project approaches
  • Manage specialised delivery teams for the preparation, delivery and 'post-production' of collaborative engagements

About you

You have a solid background in solution design and are capable of project management, planning and logistics, and working collaboratively with facilitators, clients and colleagues. You're passionate about designing events and solutions, leveraging your creative insight and problem solving skills.

You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.

Your colleagues can vouch that you:

  • Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
  • Demonstrate an ability to work with different behavioural styles and situations
  • Show potential to lead people, while taking a service-oriented approach
