Join PwC's Transaction Value Advisory (TVA) team as a Senior Consultant, and take the next step in your career with our Deals business.

Our TVA team includes our Transaction Services and Valuations teams and make up part of the wider Deals team who collectively bring deep industry experience and international networks to help businesses succeed from deal concept to deal close.

Our market leading Transaction Services team helps clients navigate through our ever changing commercial landscape through expert financial due diligence, vendor support and capital market offerings.  Our valuations team helps clients understand and model the value of businesses and the implications of restructuring and investment choices on value.

As a Senior Consultant, your impact will be seen in your ability to foster strong relationships with our clients while providing technically sound due diligence and other transaction related services.

Success does stem from a positive attitude, hard work and going the extra mile, but that’s not all!

You will have:

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
  • Knowledge and experience in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to corporate and private equity clients
  • Experience in assessing a target company’s quality of earnings, sales performance, net assets and cash flows
  • Knowledge of sale and purchase agreements including commercial and pricing negotiations
  • General knowledge of technical accounting areas such as GAAP & IFRS reporting and business combinations
  • An understanding of valuation principles will be highly regarded
  • Business writing (due diligence and proposal) and Excel skills (experience with financial modelling would be advantageous0
  • Experience in financial accounting, auditing, industry analysis or quantitative analysis
  • Post graduate qualifications such as CA will be highly regarded
