Join PwC’s Private Clients Accounting and Tax team as a Manager (corporate focus) and help our clients grow to their full potential.

The Opportunity

The Private Clients Accounting and Tax team team bring this to life by providing best practice integrated tax, accounting and consulting services to private businesses and their shareholders.

As a Tax Manager your impact will be seen by assisting clients across a wide range of tasks, including:

  • End of financial year compliance:
  • Preparation of special purpose financial statements
  • Assisting audit teams with tax calculations
  • Preparation of income tax returns
  • Ongoing assistance with preparation of BASs

Tax consulting advice such as:

  • M&A
  • Restructuring
  • ATO engagements

About you

The brief is simple...

You have a solid background in corporate tax compliance and consulting. You’re passionate about tax and helping companies through their lifecycles. You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.
