Join PwC's Talent Acquisition team as a Graduate Recruiter and own the attraction, selection and on-boarding of all graduate and undergraduate hires in Canberra.

Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) within our People, Partnership & Culture (PP&C) function are Talent Advisor role models, we live our purpose and values, we love and leverage our differences when it comes to attraction strategies. We take risks, we are an innovative and digital people team. We're constantly disrupting the student recruitment market, so we need creative thinkers.
 
About you
The brief is simple, you'll...

  • Own the attraction, selection and on-boarding of all graduate and undergraduate hires - you'll identify and engage quality diverse student talent for Canberra
  • Offer the very best experience to our candidates and work to  spot their potential
  • Provide data driven insights
  • Partner with the business, managing relationships, spotting the best talent and driving our ambitious campus recruitment strategy (with help from an outstanding support team)
  • Plan, arrange and attending on-campus and office based recruitment events, including our Career Jam, which is our impressive assessment day - Acting as an ambassador of the firm, articulating our corporate culture, purpose and student opportunities
  • Be the  main point of contact for careers advisors and academics, prospective students, clubs and associations for universities across the ACT region
  • Look after our early identification programs, including First Year and STEM Academies, Summer Vacation scheme and IBL/ Co-op programs
  • Own candidate management and shortlisting, ensuring the ATS and team trackers are up to date with accurate info
  • Coordinate the selection process, including execution of our recruitment day events (including our Career Jam),  management of interviewers and assessors, plus debrief sessions and confirmation of outcomes/ offer process
