Your role

As a member of our Business Support Centre, you will be given the opportunity to utilise your excellent organisation, prioritisation and forward planning skills, and the chance to immerse yourself in the business. Focused on providing first class business support, your proactive attitude and friendly demeanour will ensure you quickly develop trusted working relationships with peers and senior stakeholders alike.

If you crave variety, this is the role for you, as no two days are the same. From supporting senior Partners of the firm, to managing events, formatting client proposals and organising travel, you will have the opportunity to apply your strengths in administration support across a broad range of activities and leadership teams whilst further developing your skills and career.

About you

The brief is simple...

You have demonstrated experience in an administrative/executive support role and have great attention to detail. You are the "go to" person, who people rely on. You are an energetic, motivated individual that demonstrates a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You have an ability to find solutions and love to work with your colleagues to achieve it.

  • 3 Day Part-Time Opportunity
  • Tech savvy, with strong skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to remain 'unflustered' under pressure
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
