Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will work on our exciting health and childcare portfolio. The nature, complexity and scale of this project requires an exceptional, commercially astute, Project Manager with proven experience in construction delivery, effective contractor management and an understanding of environmental issues. This development will expose you to various stages of the project lifecycle you will contribute to the development outcome, promote best practice design, project and program management across civil infrastructure, utility services, landscape and urban design disciplines.
• Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, budget and to required quality specification;
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including financial an cost reporting and forecasting, awarding, managing and administering contracts, obtaining all required current and future approvals
• Providing project management expertise from project inception to completion in partnership with Development Managers and other key stakeholders
• Driving world best practice in sustainability to ensure Stockland retains international recognition in this area.
You will have relevant Project Management experience working in a construction delivery focused role across multiple sites simultaneously. You will have superb communication skills that engage all parties, act collaboratively and demonstrate an aptitude to hold a leadership position. To be considered for this role you will need to be flexible, organised and dynamic with exceptional stakeholder management skills. This role will be based in our Melbourne office but there will be regular travel to sites.
