Help us to deliver a strategic Virtual Desktop Solution for the organisation.
As a Project Manager, you will join the Devices & Technology team, who support and enable Macquarie's global activities by providing End User technologies to Macquarie’s business units to meet their particular needs. The team is responsible for the design and deployment of solutions/services like Desktop, Print, Mobility and Remote Access.
The team has currently delivered a new Virtual Desktop solution in ANZ but is now looking to extend this capability in the US and EMEA regions. In addition, we have ongoing Service improvement initiatives that would also require project oversight. The amount of work requires a highly capable Project Manager to help deliver on the Service strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your project management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering application projects. In this role you will identify and manage scope, schedule, finances, resources, risks, issues and dependencies to a high standard. You will engage with business stakeholders, solutions architects & infrastructure, and application teams to ensure work is completed as per project schedules. Through ongoing communication, you will build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create successful vendor relationships to ensure the best result for project delivery.

If you have a proven track record of managing application projects such as complex application upgrades, replacements and related business transformation, then we want to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, we would expect you to be a superior communicator with the ability to communicate at a business level, and with a diverse range of stakeholders. We would also expect that you have experience negotiating with and planning technical resources to fulfil project requirements. You’ll also be a problem solver with proven high-level leadership skills, change management, people management and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
