Project Administrator/Coordinator

We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to assist our Built Environment team within our Perth office.

Aligned with Aurecon’s key attributes, the key role requirements will include:

  • Tracking of project performance against KPI's (internal and external requirements)
  • Preparation and presentation of reports for project financials, invoicing, debtors, budgets and resource utilisation.
  • Coordinate the procurement of project resources and materials.
  • Daily updates of progress reports and web-based tracking toolkits.
  • Undertaking "spot" audits of site folders for compliance against our Project Plans and Aurecon's Ops System Requirements.
  • Assisting with resource planning.
  • Form part of the team marketing and tendering for new services or extending existing services.
  • Assisting Project Leader's with compliance with Safety in Design & OH&S requirements.

As an ideal candidate for this position you should possess:

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator on any construction project.
  • Experience with and ability to learn project management related systems
  • Proven experience in meeting project milestones
  • An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and managers
  • Initiative to resolve tasks or problems and step forward when required to be responsible for the completion of elements of a project
  • Ability to work well within teams, and actively work within a team to achieve group goals
  • Ability to apply knowledge and problem solve to resolve problems given
