Project Administrator

We are seeking a Project Administration professional who is organised, enthusiastic and seeking a challenging yet rewarding role as part of a dynamic and growing telecommunications division.

As a Project Administrator with Lendlease you will be assigned to a specific project where you will take ownership of subcontractor, consultant and supplier progress claims. You will expertly process project budgets and cost controls as well as invoices and monthly payments. You’ll also assist in the distribution and tracking of delivery dockets and invoices to the project team.

We are looking for Project Administrators with substantial project-based financial administration experience. You will hold tertiary qualifications in business or finance, have worked in a similar project environment before and be capable of managing a large volumes of invoice docket processing. Sound knowledge of Excel is expected and exposure to Oracle R12 would be highly regarded. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must as in this role you will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure will serve you well as will your high attention to detail.
