About the role:

Our Energy &  Resources team in Perth manages a wide portfolio of projects across a number of industry sectors. As a result of Aurecon recently winning work from the mining sector, we now require the services of an experienced Project Administrator to work as an integral part of this busy and successful division on a fixed term, full-time basis.

Your project delivery and administration duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Compilation of project documentation including assistance with research and reporting
  • Writing / formatting marketing collateral for tenders, generating letters and reports
  • Working with Project Managers to manage invoicing / debts and other project tasks
  • Organising teleconferences / meeting room bookings / catering
  • Conduct inductions & onboarding
  • Complete minutes of meetings
  • Monthly credit card reconciliations & assisting in managing travel requests

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Project Administrator with approximately four to six years of experience who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar environment, working on projects within similar consultancies or an EPCM
  • Great time management skills and demonstrated ability in assisting with meeting project deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Intermediate skills and experience with the Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience in producing high quality reports & presentations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of contributing to a positive and collaborative culture

Any previous experience / exposure with commercial aspects of projects will be highly regarded and set you up for success with some of the more complex tasks within your new role.
