About The Role
Role Location: 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Role Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)
As a Phone Based – Premium Admin Consultant, you will handle and action all calls and emails from high net worth advisers. You are required to deliver a positive customer experience to both internal and external customers, ensure all Service Level agreements are met whilst complying with regulatory and bank requirements, process cases end to end, and provide appropriate resolution to issues. You will also process quotes (on life risk products) and handle complaints from both customers and advisers.
