Personal Assistant


We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide essential support to a General Manager and a Senior Manager within our Finance team.

Your Role

As the Personal Assistant you will provide essential support to the GM – Treasury & Planning and the Commercial Manager – Forecast & Analysis and Overheads, which will allow them to focus on key tasks and projects. In this interesting and diverse role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management and organising events and travel
  • Preparing presentations, Board papers and email management
  • Writing and preparing correspondence, communications, reports and executive team minutes
  • Collecting and maintaining files, records and project files
  • Acting as the professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for the Managers and their departments
  • Assisting with stationery orders, timely invoice payments, expenses and other ad-hoc administration
  • Assisting with social employment engagement initiatives
About You

To be successful in this role you will have at least 3-5 years' experience providing high level administration support to multiple managers. You will have a high level of curiosity, you are solutions focused and skilled at managing a full and busy schedule. As the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, you have a true understanding of the Business and team priorities, and are able to manage multiple requests. You are proactive, and have the ability to anticipate business needs to ensure action items are delivered on time and in full.

It goes without saying that you are great at building strong working relationships with others and you understand the importance of managing sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
