To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a newly created position – Senior Shopper Marketing Manager. Part of the Commercial Strategy Team, based at our Chatswood Head Office, here is a role where you can own the shopper marketing agenda; you will drive best-practice shopper activations and look to create efficiencies through process improvement. This role will own the voice of the shopper, working with key retail partners and internal stakeholders to bring customer and brand plans to life. Your strong experience in leading and mentoring teams will ensure your success in this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Set the 3-year shopper marketing strategy
  • Define and lead the shopper marketing into new channels: E-commerce, Away from Home and Global Customers
  • Partner cross functionally to develop channel specific campaigns and executions
  • Own and build strong relationships with retailers; have an in-depth understanding of the consumers inside and outside of stores and how these changes are integrated into our future Shopper Marketing plans
  • Process improvement to drive business efficiencies
  • Budget Management
  • Leading and coaching a team

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced Shopper Marketer within the FMCG industry
  • Has relationship experience managing major retailers, internal cross functional teams and agencies
  • Has experience in setting and implementing strategy, with a lens of applying shopper research and ROI analysis to optimise plans
  • Ability to build business plans and own commercial calendar planning
  • Strong influencer and experience in driving process change in an organisation
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
