To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality & Food Safety Senior Manager.

This role provides technical and quality & food safety leadership for both snacks, beverages, and Co Manufacturing businesses. It supports the implementation of key strategic initiatives to ensure compliance to all quality & food safety criteria, providing oversight and governance to ensure all manufacturing sites are producing safe, legal, and quality products that meet business and local regulatory requirements to protect our consumers and our brand.

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years’ experience managing Manufacturing / Quality & Food Safety function, preferably in a multinational company and with proven experience in food and beverage manufacturing processes. As a part of this role there is some travel involved so we need someone with willingness and flexibility to be able to travel.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all Q&FS requirements are fully understood, executed, and implemented in line with policies
  • Establish and assess appropriate plant measures are in place for quality of operations
  • Make sure continual improvement programs are appropriately communicated and actioned
  • Provide technical support for trouble shooting Q&FS issues in sites
  • Build strong partnerships with site senior teams through periodic quality reviews
  • Ensure successful and timely implementation of plans and key projects
  • Support effective Supplier QA process to ensure all suppliers are approved and monitored
  • Develop programs to deliver frontline execution, driving productivity, continuous improvement and efficiencies

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Quality, or Science
  • Min 10yrs experience in managing manufacturing and Quality & Food Safety
  • Strong understanding of administering and managing Quality Organisation across countries
  • High attention to detail and pro-activeness to follow-up
  • Confidence in influencing across the organisation at senior management level
  • Familiarity and ability to work across varied, diverse, and international cultures
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently on teams toward common goals
