Learning and Organisational Development Analyst

From mid-year 2020 we have an exciting 10 month contract opportunity within our HR team for a Learning & Organisational Development (OD) Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for leading the coordination and facilitation of organisational development and learning initiatives, as well as supporting the execution of the broader Learning and Organisational Development agenda across all Australia and New Zealand locations.

*To be considered for this role, you must be available to start work in Sydney from July, and have full Australian working rights with no restrictions for the duration of the contract*

You Will Be:

  • Leading the onsite coordination of OD/Learning processes and projects (PepsiCo Core Processes)
  • Analysing data derived from various internal systems and reporting on key metrics
  • Providing administrative, analytical, and reporting support to all aspects of the Performance Management Process
  • Supporting the business with Objective Setting, Career Development, and employee Mid-Year/Year-End Reviews
  • Managing relationships with external learning vendors
  • Acting as the ANZ gatekeeper for learning programs and development systems
  • Facilitating learning programs where appropriate
  • The first point of contact in the business for all Learning and Organisational Development queries

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree qualified with relevant learning / OD experience
  • High attention to detail with good organisation and planning skills
  • Solid understanding of OD process areas with strong program and process management skills
  • Some leading and facilitating of learning programs within a professional environment
  • Solutions and service oriented with a strong bias for action
