An immediate need has arisen for a professional and committed Sales Consultant to join the team at Parkland Villas Mandurah, Retirement Living Village in Halls Head.
This is a part-time, 6 month contract position and will require 3 days a week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience within a sales focused role, ideally within the property, real estate or hospitality industry. You must have a current WA realty sales registration. It’s important you have a passion for selling and you are able to demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills and can manage relationships across a broad range of key stakeholder groups, both internally and externally. You will be results focused but have the innate ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, customer focus and integrity at all times. Your well-developed administrative skills coupled with high attention to detail and customer service orientation will see you achieve outstanding results.
