Duties

EastCastle Property is a thriving property management management firm, offering comprehensive, tailored and personalised services to property owners of Sydney’s North Shore. Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking an experienced, client focussed property manager to join our boutique team of professionals.

The role:

  • Assist with the management of the EastCastle Property portfolio
  • Managing ingoing, outgoing, and periodic routine inspections
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords
  • Organising repairs and maintenance, overseeing to completion
  • Supporting EastCastle Property BDMs
  • General administration

The successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Be committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Ethical approach and sense of accountability
  • Experience with Property Tree and/or Inspection Manager software packages (desirable)

The benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, flexible hours, 15 per week
