Business Process Owner - Clarity

The Role

The Results Delivery office forms part of the Origin Corporate Strategy and Development team and is responsible for working with the business units to implement initiatives designed to improve the innovation, new business, and digital capabilities of the organisation. Central to this is the imperative to drive business transparency and accountability by supporting the rollout of Clarity PPM (system), which will provide Origin leadership with real time project visibility and enable swift and informed decision making.

As Business Process Owner you will:

  • Design efficient business processes; leading design and development prototype reviews where required to ensure they meet business requirements, that appropriate controls are in place, and identify any risks
  • Prioritise RFC’s for Clarity and work with the technical service owner in relation to any configuration changes
  • Work with the business stakeholders to develop and agree the project process framework
  • Undertake license management and user reviews / access management
  • Provide process training to users and document process and system manuals
  • Ensure data integrity within Clarity and communicate issues with the business or senior management, where required
  • Solicit ongoing feedback of the Clarity process and liaise with external Clarity consultants/service owners

This is your chance to provide critical support to the Results Delivery Office in managing the Clarity aspects of the program portfolio. This will require working collaboratively with the RDO team, business and IT throughout various stages of the projects and providing critical data support.

You’ll need to be highly organised, commercially focused and flexible in your approach.

You can show you have:

  • Knowledge of program/portfolio management including governance, change management, risk and issue management, resource management, and dependency tracking
  • Interest and ability to upskill in new technology
  • Strong commercial acumen and results delivery focus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a wide variety of internal stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of and experience with CA Clarity PPM will be highly desired
