An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at Caneland Central in Mackay, and take charge of the Retail operational functions, managing the delivery of the best outcomes for retailers, stakeholders, and the community.

Caneland Central is the largest shopping centre in the Mackay region, boasting over 200 stores and servicing the community since 1979.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be required to take responsibility for the management of day to day operational issues, contractor management, safety and compliance relating to all essential services, in line with operational budgets.
