Operations Consultant (Assurance)


As a member of the Administration and Super Compliance team, this additional role will have responsibility for several important operations assurance functions, including the monitoring and oversight of Cbus owned portals, applications and assurance activities for Cbus’ Members and Employers.

The role will require significant knowledge of superannuation administration, exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration with the ability to deep dive and unpick technical issues relating to member and employer accounts with a high degree of data analysis.

The successful candidate will need demonstrated superannuation operational experience; fund administration (an advantage especially dealing with Aaspire), excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect complex material and data, then collaborate internally and present it in accessible formats. 

Proven experience with SPLUNK, Confluence and JIRA systems in addition to your fund administration background would be advantageous as would any prior use of Python.
