Play an integral role in our operations team by processing account and product applications and overarching account maintenance tasks and related requests.
You will use your process driven approach to successfully manage processing requests from both clients and advisers within the agreed timeframes. Using your stakeholder management skills, you will collaborate with internal teams to problem solve and provide solutions, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance is upheld at all times.
Using your existing banking industry experience, you’ll be extremely comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks within an operational environment. You enjoy working in teams and building relationships with your stakeholders and always produce high quality work with impeccable attention to detail.
