Human Resources Business Partner – Part-Time

To deliver on this promise we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to be part of the Pacific HR team to drive this change.

In this role you will be responsible for developing strong business relationships within your client group and the broader organisation. Relying on your previous HR experience you will be confident in your ability while influential and creative in your approach. You will be at ease as you advise and coach your business partners to develop and execute their business strategies and advise on various human resources opportunities.

You will be expected to work across the full spectrum of human resources with a strong emphasis on attracting, developing and retaining top talent at Nielsen. You will have a passion and desire to understand the business and its strategic direction, love a challenge and the ability to thrive in an organisation which is continually changing and reinvigorating itself, and possess a flair for balancing the needs of many different stakeholders in a large and complex global organisation.
