Duties

Casual Onboarding Executive

Position Purpose

This casual role provides support to the Onboarding project owners. You will need a sound understanding of the Australian Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market and adapt to how client’s view the market. The successful candidate will ensure that our deliverables adhere to the high quality and timely delivery standard, that Nielsen is famous for around the world.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Aligning with clients and team members (onshore & offshore) to understand the project scope
  • Creating & updating client specific documents, e.g. scope agreements and feasibility studies
  • Reconciliation of data & entitlements received in house against client agreements
  • Understand the Australian retailer market & code items according to Nielsen standards and/or clients’ requirements
  • Liaise with offshore team to ensure corrections and updates are being implemented correctly and in a timely manner
  • Ownership of reviewing coding output as part of Nielsen’s internal quality review process
  • Support the setup of client user accounts

Qualifications (Skills and Experience Required)

  • Good technology skills – basics include MS word, excel, power point.
  • Sound understanding of Australian FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Ability to build relationships and work with people from different regions and cultures.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills - ability to be clear and concise.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support when required.
  • Confident and enthusiastic person who is able to manage a varied and unpredictable workload without supervision.
  • Strong work ethic, motivated and takes pride in their work.
  • Be able to work in a collaborative way, sharing learning and best practices

Reporting Relationships

The Casual Onboarding Executive reports to the Onboarding Lead. This position has no direct reports.
