About The Role:

Our Customer Service Centre is a dynamic environment, assisting our customers with all their electrical and automation needs. Receiving over 1000 enquiries per day, you will join a team of 45 customer service consultants handling both internal and external phone/email enquiries, orders and returns.

Our business prides itself on its customer service, so this role is pivotal to our businesses success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional frontline customer service to internal and external stakeholders via multiple channels
  • Support customers and internal specialist divisions in providing assistance with; Quotations, Pricing and Availability, Orders, Returns, Services, Logistics and general customer service support.
  • Using investigation skills and resources to provide responses and solutions to customer queries
  • Liaise with various internal departments in the process of assisting customers with queries on product, services, returns and technical issues.

About You:

The successful candidate will be technically inclined and have the passion and drive to become an expert in NHP’s products and the business. Along with an understanding of customer service and general computer skills, the ideal candidate with thrive off working within a vibrant team environment.

Ideally you have:

  • Technically minded
  • Eagerness to learn about the NHP business, its products and their technical applications
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and speed
  • Computer knowledge
  • Driven by helping customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for NHP and our customers
  • Adaptable, self-motivated and proactive, able to use initiative and think outside the box
