Your Opportunity

To drive design and deliver the digital strategy for UNCLE TOBYS and to manage the overall sponsorship program for UNCLE TOBYS across the Snacks & CPW businesses.

The Sponsorship and Digital Specialist is responsible for leading, defining and delivering the strategic vision and plans for the UNCLE TOBYS Masterbrands portfolio across nutritious snacks and breakfast cereals. 

Key Responsibilities 

Key areas of focus are: Sponsorship, Digital & Social Media and Masterbrand Projects eg Brand Vision & Guidelines. You will manage all digital assets for the UNCLE TOBYS Masterbrand and be responsible for relationship with DAT including SOW. As well as monthly reporting of asset performance and improvements and driving the content calendar for owned assets ensuring messaging is on strategy with Masterbrand comms idea. Lead the content strategy for the UNCLE TOBYS website. Taking responsibility for the brand essence this role will see you working closely with the marketing teams for the snacks portfolios to educate and influence to ensure the sponsorship and digital assets are leveraged to their full potential. 

We are looking for 

With substantial experience in generating positive PR for sponsorship activities and a passion for working in digital and social media, you will have dealt with sponsees, media partners, agencies and have experience dealing with a multitude of challenging internal stakeholders. Critical to the role are your negotiation and influencing skills and working with external partners such as community groups and individual Athletes that represent the brand in the market place.

Experience in managing people is key as you will be required to lead and develop a team to deliver the sponsorship, PR, digital and social plans for the UNCLE TOBYS masterbrand portfolio.

Exposure to digital communications and a sound knowledge of social media will be essential. Bringing with you excellent relationship skills, the ability to time manage and prioritise effectively, along with sound business acumen, strong negotiation and planning skills and the ability to work autonomously. A relevant degree will be highly regarded.
