 Nestlé Health Science (NHS) aims to be the market leader in specialised nutrition solutions that enhance consumer health and well-being. We provide a range of nutrition products into hospital, aged-care, pharmacy, grocery and route channels.
 
Your Opportunity
Due to strong growth across NHS portfolio, we have a new opportunity for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to join our team and successfully lead and deploy Sales Force Effectiveness Agenda in the Market.
 
In addition, you will be responsible to:
 
Increased sales team performance: efficiency and effectiveness.  Taking the global practice as a model, work with sales leads to adapt and execute locally for optimized customer profiling, segmentation & targeting, sizing, structure and territory KPI’s
 
People development and Excellence of the sales field force. Strengthen the team through coaching, development and training and ensure a pipeline of talent for the business.
 
Training. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to include New Hire Training, National and Regional Sales Meetings and online training courses as well as the CRM system (Veeva) and Territory Business Action Plans.
 
CRM Management. Provide full support for daily usage of CRM system (Veeva) by the sales force. Regular review of business needs to recommend CRM system enhancements.
 
Other Outputs. Field travels with sales representatives to evaluate progress and provide feedback. Works in conjunction with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and sales tools.  
 
About You

You will bring strong commercial acumen with 5+ years of experience, preferably within large organisations. You have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and building success in a matrix organisation.  

  • Have a minimum of Bachelor degree within a relevant field
  • Be passionate about people and have excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Display a commercial mindset, strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty
  • Be a self-starter and demonstrate total quality in their approach to learning
