Recruitment Specialist

Your Opportunity
An 18 month contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruiter to join our in-house Recruitment team. In this role, you will work with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand resourcing requirements and deliver a quality, effective and efficient service to both managers and candidates.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment and workforce requirements.
  • Candidate sourcing and engagement
  • Ensure excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, plus the ability to develop good working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Use systems, procedures and process to ensure effective and efficient service delivery; quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Experience working with Taleo desired.
  • Work effectively with the team to continuously improve, develop and innovate.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have 4+ years Recruitment experience. You are organised and enjoy managing several projects at any given time. As a true partner to the business, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt communicate style with stakeholders. You will bring a continuous improvement approach to work, respectfully challenging the status quo. Prioritisation, results focussed and an ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects at any one time.
