Your Opportunity
Based at our Campbellfield Factory we have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Buyer/  Planner. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be part of the Campbellfield Logistics Team and responsible for:

  • Overseeing and co-ordinating the purchasing of raw and packing materials for production
  • Ensuring service level agreements are consistently met
  • Ensuring that our purchasing disciplines and policies are enforced
  • Managing supplier files, maintaining inventory policies and managing purchase requisitions to purchase orders
  • Supporting Production Planning as needed
  • Supporting Compliance and Department needs

About You
What we look for in you is an understanding of purchasing principles and exposure to accounts payable and/or purchasing functions. Working closely with all levels of management, staff, stakeholders, production teams and suppliers, you’re a confident and a natural communicator who is able to multi task and prioritise. With your keen eye for detail and process improvement mindset, you’ll be able to spot growth opportunities and risks. Strong Excel skills are essential while experience with SAP would be desirable.  Applicants with a Logistical background in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
