Distribution Account Manager – Nestle Professional NSW

  • Managing current distribution portfolio within Nestle Professional NSW
  • Identifying and implementing growth opportunities
  • Building and leveraging relationships
  • Coach and develop distribution account executives within NSW sales team.

As a member of our Nestle Professional NSW sales team you will be responsible for maintaining an existing distributor portfolio as well as generating and developing new business opportunities. Design and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall NP business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives

You will be part of the Nestle Professional team working cross functionally across our total business including food brands such as NESCAFE, MAGGI, BUITONI and NESTLE Docello.

What you will be doing?

  • You will thrive in a fast paced Foodservice environment and enjoy the challenge of meeting quarterly sales targets.
  • Build complete Business Plan for each Account to drive the overall business
  • Execute plans for assigned Accounts that are aligned with National Account Plans and NP business objectives and customer strategies
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed Account targets, inclusive of defined category targets,
  • Coach and Develop distribution account executives within the team for the regional accounts that sit within the portfolio.

You need to have the drive to follow-up with customers, building enduring commercial relationships and provide the best customer service. Financial acumen and strong organisational skills are a must have.

What we are looking for in you?

Our ideal candidate has experience working in distribution account management, new business & channel development. Experience in the Foodservice market is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to achieve KPI’s and sales targets. To be successful in this role, you will need display resilience and an ability to to be nimble in you approach to delivering the agreed outcomes.  

Above all you are driven by providing the best customer service and growing the business.

At least 4 years in Territory Management and Area Executive roles.

Due to the nature of this role it is also important that you have a valid driver’s licence and you are comfortable spending time on the road.
