This is your opportunity to shape the way we use data within our personalised customer experience team by taking on the role as our Analytics Lead.

What you will be doing?

You will lead the analytics functions within the team and guide business to provide high quality customer analytics through this journey, provide business focused insights and automated reporting.

Recognising that knowledge is power, you will provide rich onsite analytics for your stakeholders, mapped to data visualisation tools to help further exploration.

You will be the subject matter expert for the smart use of data throughout the business and be able to tell a story behind the data.

We are looking for someone who is personable, enthusiastic and energetic and is able to drive engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders to understand business problems and provide meaningful solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will provide campaign intelligence, business insights and data trends to enable continuous tracking and better decision making.

  • Create dashboards and standardise reporting whilst working with key stakeholders to build reporting frameworks that deliver insights to influence decisions.

  • Assist the CRM Team in developing customer segmentation and value growth models.

  • Drive analytics capabilities with market best practice.

  • Digital asset tag management (GTM).

  • You will have the opportunity to manage a small off-shore team to help you deliver against the reporting framework.

  • You will lead continued growth of data capabilities and continually look to improve our data strategy to support business KPI’s.

  • You will be someone who is driven by the thirst for deeper understanding to grow digital asset performance across our brands.

What we are looking for in you?

To be successful in this role, you will have worked with google data studio, MS Power BI and Salesforce. Have experience using database extraction, processing and visualisation tools such as SQL.

You are someone who is confident in their ability to present and workshop ideas and concepts with internal senior stakeholders.

A team player, capable of directing others with a good level of independence.

In this role you will have the ability to be creative and influence key internal stakeholders. This is also a great opportunity for a consultative Data Analyst looking to move into a consulting role inside an established business.
