​Demand & Supply Planner - Nestle Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW)

We are currently recruiting for a Demand and Supply Planner to work within our Cereal division. You will be responsible for end to end demand and supply management of our Ready to Eat products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a product level demand plan over an 18 month horizon in APO using SAS analytics
  • Analyse and evaluate the supply plan to meet domestic and export requirements
  • Consistently achieve target Customer Order Fulfilment levels
  • Inventory and Working Capital management
  • Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information to our Commercial and Factory teams, including Senior Management.
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver business cost savings
  • Collaborate across the business to bring new products to market

TO BE SUCCESSFUL...

Degree-qualified with solid demand and supply planning experience ideally within the FMCG industry. You will already have what it takes to manage financial data, calculate demand, and refine and improve our processes. The right person must be thorough and detailed, with a high level of relationship building and influencing skills. SAP and APO will be highly desirable and advanced excel skills a must, whilst clear and effective communication skills are necessary.
