The Opportunity


As someone who wants to achieve, you will thrive in a challenging and a fast paced environment with the support of a strong account and category team. You will draw on your previous FMCG business experience to deliver a tailored category strategy and commercial plan to Metcash. It’s your focused approach in driving innovation in Customer Plans and achieving sales targets that will make you stand out from the rest. Communicating effectively at all levels comes naturally to you and will see you engaging with key internal stakeholders as well as being the voice of Nestlé to the customer.


About You

To succeed in this position you will bring the below skills and attributes to the role:

  • Strong track record in FMCG sales

  • Prior experience with Account Management and/or business development

  • Ambitious and motivated to develop a strong career in a senior sales capacity

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Enthusiastic, committed and passionate team player
