Your role in the future:
As the Senior Activations Performance Analyst, you will provide a comprehensive analytical/reporting capability and technical expertise to the Service Activations team and to wider NBN Co teams to help drive the behaviour and performance of the SDP (Service Delivery Partner) workforce.
You will manage and deliver projects and initiatives to help deliver valuable analytical insights, data, reports and knowledge to the wider activations leadership group to facilitate informed decision making. In addition to this, you will be responsible for driving the ongoing management and improvement of reports and continuously seek opportunities to automate, enhance and improve reports, processes and procedures for activations and its stakeholders.
As the senior member of the group you will provide guidance and direction where required as well as self-driven investigation into emerging issues and trends to articulate to senior management when relevant.

A bit about you:
You will need to have proven experience in an analysis and reporting capacity at a mid-senior level, ideally within the telecommunications domain or similar, large and complex environments.
You will be able to demonstrate your strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information including the ability to interrogate, manipulate large data sets and extract, transform and load data.
Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is preferred and SQL, VBA and basic programming skills are essential.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma project or a Green Belt qualification would be highly beneficial.
