Reporting and Data Analyst - Business Segment

The Analyst, Reporting & Data - Business Segment is responsible for the provision of detailed reporting to support the Business Segment Identify, Measure and Track program. The role will work closely with the Identify, Measure and Track team to identify and develop the data required to drive the business classification as part of a single view of business premises across Australia. The role will also design and develop architecture, subsequent reporting and tools that provide insight and tracking of business segment data.

A bit about your role

You will be designing and building datasets required to identify and manage Australian business premises, proactive measuring the data inputs to ensure business identification can assist in driving to the desired outcomes of the program. You will also be in charge of the measurement, remediation, analysis and project tracking, continuous improvement, producing regular reporting and analysis to support business decision making on infrastructure, producing regular reporting to demonstrate addressing against infrastructure where required, and reviewing the program to determine if there are aspects that require change.

A bit about you

You would have demonstrated strong knowledge of geospatial data analysis, tools and techniques including: MapInfo, Google Earth and FME Workbench with a strong understanding of the universe of geospatial, location based and business demographic datasets. Strong experience with Alteryx if preferred and experience in designing and architecting DataMart’s and complex workflows are advantages.

Ideally, you also have proven experience in designing and documenting business processes to both internal and external stakeholders.
