Your role in the future:
A Network Operator – Order Support Centre is responsible for the resolution of customer enquiries in relation to fulfilment of customer orders on the nbn network. The role will involve working with a number of groups, including the Network and Service Operations Centre (NSOC), Workflow Management, Operations Managers and Wholesale / Retail Service Provider Customer Provisioning teams. This is to ensure that orders and all other interactions from NBN’s customers are fulfilled within nbn’s internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and are of a high quality.
You can contribute to:
• The delivery of high volumes of customer services
• Activation and testing of Ethernet services
• Configuration of customers services on multi-vendor networks
• Use of Automated workflows in a Service Delivery environment

A bit about you:
The position requires experience in customer service within the telecommunication industry or a similar environment. To be successful in this position you will likely have been a part of a Service Delivery or Customer Service environment with experience in areas including:
• Customer service or technical engineer within telecommunications or IT environments
• Customer interaction, order fulfilment, service recovery, and/or escalations handling
• Service Delivery, Service Provisioning, and/or Service Activation in Telecommunications or IT environment
