Executive Manager Sales Operations Business

As the Executive Manager Sales Operations - Business, you will be accountable for measuring and reporting sales forecasts and pipeline to support nbn achieving its revenue targets.

Reporting to the Retail Service Provider (RSP) Sales Lead, you will drive outcomes by leading a cross-functional team in a complex matrix environment.

You will generate actionable forecast and pipeline insights and ensure that they are actioned to drive sales orders, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and revenue.

A bit about your role

  • Accountability for measuring, reporting sales forecasts and pipeline
  • Generating actionable insights in relation to the forecast and pipeline, and ensure they are acted upon
  • Ensuring that tools are available to accurately track sales order reporting, and that insights can be rapidly captured and analysed.

  • Providing rapid ad-hoc reporting when required in addition to regular reporting cycles for all sales reporting

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive senior sales operations experience within the telecommunications or ICT industry, driving cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Coupled with your analytical ability to draw insights, you would have the curiosity and confidence to look beyond the numbers and understand the driving forces behind the data.

A proven people leader, you would bring a demonstrable ability to coach and lead a high-performing team. Utilising your advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you would be adept at influence and manage stakeholders across all levels.
