Talent Development Specialist

The Munich Re HR team is transitioning to a specialist resource model, with dedicated HR services including administration, data and insights, dedicated talent development and recruitment functions.

This newly created role involves coordinating, promoting and supporting talent management and leadership capability and employee development programs, performance management and recognition initiatives, career development initiatives, Hydrogen and succession planning programs.


Working with regional and local stakeholders you will be responsible for:

  • coordination and delivery of the┬ácomponents of an annual development plan to achieve ongoing improvement in MHA capability.
  • supporting the development and delivery of tailored programs for business units
  • delivery of┬áconsistent talent, performance and succession management practices for MHA, aligned to regional practices.
