Motor Claims Consultant

The role of the Motor Claims Consultant is to provide high quality end to end claims services to Insurance Clients of Innovation Group.

You will be responsible for examining claims, liaising with Clients, Customers, Intermediaries, Repairers & Suppliers etc. to proactively settle and negotiate the best possible recovery or settlement outcomes in line with legislative and contractual requirements while maintaining high customer service levels in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
  • Must have worked for an insurer, self-insured client or debt collection agency
  • The ability to negotiate and persuade
  • Excellent customer service ethic
  • To be reliable, punctual and show commitment to the role
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with a firm, engaging and respectful telephone manner
  • Excellent active listening skills with an ability to effectively question
  • A desire to continued learning and improvement
  • Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of navigating multiple systems
