About the Role

We are currently looking for 5 Process Analysts to join our Customer Response Initiative in our Wealth Complex Client Remediation portfolio. The roles will support the customer experience through the maintenance and control of all processes and work instructions.

This is a 12 month, fixed-term contract.

As Senior Process Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Designing new and re-designing existing processes and implementing process improvement initiatives, including creating process maps and work instructions
  • Conduct process mapping workshops and documenting of process maps
  • Present new/changed processes to the relevant teams and stakeholders taking responsibility for coordinating feedback and sign off

About You

Our ideal team member would be an experienced Process Analyst or Business Analyst (non-technical) with experience in creating and working with complex process flows and maps.  Experience working in the wealth remediation process would be a bonus. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following: 

  • Experience in designing/re-designing processes and process maps
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and subject matter experts through workshops
  • Qualification in Lean Six Sigma (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Prior experience in advice remediation or financial advice is not essential but would be strongly preferred.
