About the Role

In this key role you will partner with leaders in Corporate including, Finance, IT, Group Transformation and People & Culture to build leadership capability and develop their teams to deliver business results. This varied role will see you engage in a range of HR activities including talent management, learning and development, employee relations and HR operations.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement People & Culture strategies and associated tactics to enable the achievement of the business strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior people leaders, advising and coaching them, recommending appropriate actions, sharing knowledge and influencing action
  • Consult and collaboratively work with the Training, Learning & Development team to ensure workforce needs and training activities are delivered appropriately
  • Work with key stakeholders to drive a high performing culture through effective use of performance management systems
  • Manage industrial relations/employee relations matters
  • Support the business as it undergoes business transformation

What you'll bring:

  • Strong People & Culture generalist experience
  • Experience working across and effectively influencing stakeholders across a range of levels within an organisation
  • A track record in developing strong relationships internally, externally, across business units
  • Advanced skills in coaching leaders on key business and strategic P&C drivers
  • Strong change management and influencing skills
