About the role

Metcash Retail Technology is a department within Metcash that supports retailers with all technological aspects that interact with their business.  Support Advisors are customer focused IT professionals, well versed in providing level one technical assistance to our retailers.

What you'll do

  • Support retailer integration with Metcash systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service within designated SLAs
  • Issue logging and resolution
  • Relationship management with customers, vendors and suppliers
  • Product sales and support
  • Execute change management projects as required

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong customer service focus, with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively track and report on projects
  • Experience in retail operations and POS systems is highly advantageous
